I cannot say much bout answering phone, coz I do that also, but it would only for emergency cases as my work requires it. So I do a short yes, what problem, and then hangs up. I guess I should stop that as well. Respecting other is the importance as every one paid for their tickets. Let's hope we don't run into such event again.
