I never imagined it could happen… I never did. Cheras was flooded yesterday and as what I could see, it was bad, really bad. The further part of Cheras near 9th miles has never had this problem but then yesterday was an exception.
I heard that 9th mile was flooded bad, almost 1 meter high if I was not lied to. I drove past the toll booth yesterday and the wide road which I think can accommodate at least 20 to 25 cars in one go, I think, was reduced to like 3 or 4 lanes. The roads were muddy when I reached, so they were trying to clean up the mess. My car just turned from blue to orange just by driving through the toll booth.
Apart from that I heard there were a few accidents that occurred due to the rain and flash flood. What is happening here… this is unnatural. Could it be that mother earth is trying to say something to us?
