I’ve talked about mutual respect sometime back, which was more on respect for other’s religion and stuff like that. This time around I am writing something like that as well. By the way you may want to read this, this and this. I won’t elaborate them here as I believe you will be able to read them.
I am not taking sides nor am I condemning either party, but the truth is that I believe in peace and harmony. The propaganda that has been going on is just unhealthy for every one of us and believe me, it’s poison to our children too. I do not know if you teach your children to kill or eradicate those they don’t like, but I guess that is what has been portrayed. We live in a country where we can freely express our views and with no fear. Don’t take that away from everyone and our children, including yours.
What is the point for us to be looking into something like eradicating one another when we are all of the same substance, we are all humans. The only difference we have apart from our physical features are our beliefs and I know each and every belief systems teaches us to be good if not a saint, which I doubt anyone could reach such a pure state that easily. What is to be proud of from killing, wiping, eradicating, or whatever-you-call-it others, in terms of religion, belief or even life itself.
I don’t know but you, but I sometime think things this way. When you want to do something to other, imagine the same thing happens to you. If you want to turn let’s say those you hate into mindless frogs… would you like it if they had the same idea and turn you and your gang into mindless cows? Think wisely… and most of all, be wise and not forgetting ethics. We can live harmoniously, don’t turn this beautiful paradise into a war zone like so many has done in the past and the present. Learn from the mistakes that has been done.
