Leon got a call on his mobile and he Yuna’s photo popped on the screen of his mobile and he quickly answered it…
Hey dear! I’m just looking at the rings that we ordered the other day, it’ll look astounding cuddling your finger.
Leon, I’ve got something to tell you…
Yes dearest, what’s on your mind?
I want to cancel our wedding!
Why do you want to cancel it, what’s the matter dear?
Listen to me Leon, I just want to cancel our wedding, this is not a joke… I’m leaving now…
Leaving dear, but why, where are you going? What wrong dear!
I’m sorry darling, but I just cannot go on with it. Apologize to everyone for this especially your parents. Goodbye darling!
Wait Yuna, why? What’s wrong, tell me damn it!
It’s all my fault! I’m sorry… goodbye darling…
Yuna pressed the red phone button on her phone as she whispered to herself “I love you Leon, please understand that I must leave you, I’m sorry, I love you”. Then Yuna turned off her mobile and threw away the sim card. Leon still standing holding on to his mobile phone, dazed, unable to comprehend the present. Yuna has never been like this, what’s wrong with her, Leon had no clue whatsoever to what has just happened.
Yuna tries to recollect the memories that surround her. She lost her parents a few years ago just as she managed to graduate and got a steady job to support herself. She was a very smart and strong girl and had a few very good friends. She met Leon about a year ago and they clicked immediately. It was like the perfect chemistry equation and they became lovers instantaneously. They were very much in love and they planned to married very soon.
There’s been so much that has been happening and she could not comprehend what has been happening. She seem to be slipping away, slowly but surely in her heart. She was crushed, her heart like a broken fragile glass piece, broken to a million pieces with just one blow with a small hammer.
Yuna took solitary in the arms of her friend, Tifa, and moved away from her present life. They stayed in a secluded town away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. As the days passed, Yuna vision blurred, and then finally… after 3 months, she woke up to total darkness. Yuna’s worst nightmare has just begun, just like the prediction of her physician. The tumor in her head has affected her vision before and now it has taken it away totally from her.
Though Yuna looked strong, but deep inside, she is fragile. Tifa knew that, she knew Yuna was suffering and yet she pretends to be strong. Tifa could not understand why she dumped poor Leon who is still wondering what has happened. She saw how frustrating it was for Yuna to adjust to her new self, one that could only feel in darkness, all the things she could see just sometime ago.
Yuna fights the battle of life as she loses her vision, hurts deep down as she rejects his love and shun away her lover. She struggles as she try to do all the simple things she took for granted before.
I guess you would have guessed the reason for Yuna to hurt Leon and shun him out of her life by now. Do tell me the reason that you believe in and was it right or wrong.
As you read this, you would have guessed this is the dedication that I have promised… do you think this should end here? Or should there be a continuation?

Let there be a sequel to it … It would be good. Or you can ask someone to continue it for you.
(:
I always have a reason to believe especially when it comes to love. But there can be no love without reciprocation - this is one major thing.
Believing will make someone stronger and in this story; Yuna rather suffer alone than to let Leon grief her pain of touching and seeing in total darkness.

Yeah… then it would be like a story taggie thing…
Yuna tried to be selfless but in the end became selfish
We always think suffering alone is better than to let others suffer with us
I do!
