Five Things

Posted under Me

I got tagged I think previously by chen, so I think I better not let it go into the next lunar calendar. Its 5 things you don’t know bout me. Well I’m not sure if you want to know bout me and if I got five things to reveal or not for that matter. However I will try a bit.

  1. For starters, I will repeat this again, I am krazy. I do a lot of krazy stuff when I was younger and even now. You shall not know anything from here, though.
  2. I am very attracted to the world of animation and computer graphics, to a point that they appeal more to me more than humans can. You do not need to know in what form, thank you.
  3. I warm up to people real fast at time, with an hour down the road, I could be hugging a totally new stranger. So if a hug is needed can come to me anytime.
  4. Almost everyone knows that I’m a slow motorist, I drive slow and adhering to the rules. However to the few or when I’m alone, I’m a speed demon with a little skidding here and there. Live dangerously I say.
  5. I have been mistakenly for a lot of identities. I have been mistaken for the other gender, any other ethnic and religion other than what I am. I’m not sure why, can you tell me why?

Alright, there you go, nothing else left. I guess the next hours till midnight I shall be content. I’m still waiting for mum to say let’s go and we shall have KFC or Mcdonalds coupled with some dishes that mum will make for reunion dinner later. Well, this way, mum can have it her way preparing some dish and at the same time not worn out with all the work before, during and after the dinner. A little different but I guess, from tradition, but I know it will be good. Happy Chinese New Year to all!

I am Filipino and I have been mistaken to be a Vietnamese on two occasions, by, of all people, Vietnamese, on both occasions. They came up to me and started talking in their language. When I said, “What did you say?” That’s only when they realized that I wasn’t one of them. :)

Happy Chinese New Year to you!

  15. jonzz on 18 Feb 2007 at 20:59:27 166 #

LOL, mistaken for other gender. Must be due to your long hair, doubtlessly.

Happy New Year and Gong Xi Fa Cai!

    :)
Yup, may be you can tell me when we meet up
My CNY is sleepless lo, so tired
    What about yours

  23. annamanila on 21 Feb 2007 at 13:02:05 834 #

I had assumed that you were male .. “impact” sounded masculine, but as i said the zero neutralizes it … so ….. And then you said you have been mistaken for the other gender. Then someone commented here that it must be because of your long hair. So now I know. I was right all the while. :) But yes, please, blog about the topic. Will be waiting ….

  24. _butt on 21 Feb 2007 at 15:12:13 925 #

my cny? the usual.. TV, sleep, eat, sleep.. hahaha *snort*

it used to be merrier back in the childhood days.. when me and cousins were still mere kids.. now that most of us are all grown up, working and all that.. things somehow changed.. oh well, that’s life.. truth to be told, cny has start to lose its significance..

anyway, as long as i have enough angpows to stuff in my pocket, i’ll be just as content.. lol

glad that you enjoyed yours. tired? have more rest! :D

  25. zeroimpact on 23 Feb 2007 at 09:46:31 698 #

    annamanila
Yup, I guess you can get a lot of information here itself
    :)
I’ll be talking bout it soon and well you do observe well, very well.

  26. zeroimpact on 23 Feb 2007 at 09:50:14 701 #

    _butt
Yes, it does seem to be losing some of its significance, but then again when you get a little bit older, you will find it again.
That’s when you will treasure this once a year festivity more than before, but in a different light
However the routine of eat, sleep, eat, sleep will not change though
    :)
I guess we deserve a good rest after CNY itself LOL
    :P
