Feeling bored I took the chance to go out of the office to the Microsoft Business Value Launch in Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. Was there in the morning and listened to some key notes from some of the key people in Microsoft and others. It was actually a launch for the Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Microsoft Office 2007. Registered my self and had breakfast, the talk and presentation was a simple one, and well, I have expected as it does not really excite me as I know that it’s more towards marketing. I believe it’s that I’m more towards technical and not marketing so telling me how good it is does not appeal to me unless they tell what it can do in details and how to do it. Apart from that, there were booths and spotted 2 pretty ladies from the O2 booth. Almost jumped on them but then I have to control the beast within, too many people swarming them la, you think I no beast ah. Just kidding!
Went shopping after awhile of the event in Suria KLCC. Was looking at a lot of ladies apparel and clothes for guys and ladies, with a colleague of coz. Everything is kind of expensive at a glance, 400++ for a pair of jeans called Evidus I think. Finally found a pair from Topman but then the size was not really right for me, so had to abort the idea even after changing and testing it.
What beats a relaxing evening drinking with partner in crime and friends by the poolside at almost the highest floor of the building? Nothing much, really! Well, almost nothing, except a fine lady dressed in white top and a new Levi’s lady style jeans with a white design on the left back pocket. Well, she was real attractive and hence she caught my attention the whole night. I did not know why, but I could not keep my eyes off her though she was located upstairs. Well, I’ll not tell you my thoughts for the night but I assure you it was, well, secret.
On a side note, I noticed that it takes so much less effort to drift or skid my car when the road is wet or when it’s raining. I seem to have lost the feel for fear when the car goes swaying not in the direction of the tyres anymore. Well just to let you know, this is only from my experience and only when and if you are driving a non ABS or TCS car, which is my car. Just on the safe side “do not try this at home even with supervision of an adult”.
End of the first month of the year and Chinese New Year is just around the corner. Oh by the way, little dot, here I come. Though only two days which is already fully packed, I wish I could carry out my one little plan. Will be texting away my so called hourly or bi hourly activities! Just kidding, can’t wait.
